Whoa (said like Joey Lawrence on Blossom)! So much has been going on behind-the-scenes, I don’t even know where to begin! A lot of great things happened this weekend…fancy a visual, instagram-style?
Friday, my cookbook, Delicious Probiotic Drinks arrived in the mail! I blew a gasket in the most pleasant way. I’ve been so anxious to see my book in the flesh. Being able to hold it, flip through it, and cry real tears all over it has been an unparalleled experience. It’s still surreal to me. What else? I came across a questionable butternut squash and decided to use it anyway (…worked out great!), and snapped photos for The Pasta Shoppe.
I also got to take a gander through the first pass of my second cookbook, Let Them Eat Kale!, which is looking lovely, thanks to my stellar editor!
I then stood in the woods so I could show you a picture of myself holding book #1. I then stood in front of a fence so I could model one of the items I received in my latest Stitch Fix shipment.
